Dr. Lee Lip Seng is a distinguished Senior Consultant Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) Surgeon, renowned for his expertise in minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of liver, pancreatic, biliary, and gallbladder diseases and cancers.
He is accredited to most of the private hospitals in Singapore, namely Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, Mount Alvernia Hospital and Farrer Park Hospital. He is a Visiting Consultant to Changi General Hospital too.
He started his academic journey by obtaining his medical degree from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He completed his specialist surgery training at both Changi General Hospital and Singapore General Hospital, where he honed his skills and knowledge in complex surgical procedures. Recognizing his potential, Dr. Lee was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship Award. This prestigious award enabled him to undertake a year of clinical fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery for HPB surgery at Yonsei Severance Hospital in Seoul, Korea, from 2015 to 2016.
Upon returning to Singapore, Dr. Lee Lip Seng applied his advanced skills and knowledge to benefit numerous patients through the use of minimally invasive surgery, including robotic and laparoscopic techniques.
